- Registration & Upgrade
- How can I get the registration information after I purchase it?
The registration information will be delivered automatically to your email soon after your order is processed successfully. If you are in urgent need of the product, payment via credit card is recommended.
- how long will I receive the license code after I complete the purchase?
Normally you will receive the license code by Email immediately after your successful purchase. However, sometimes you didn't get it for some reasons (for the details, please see below).
Note: Please provide valid Email address when you fill the order form.
Please keep registration information of the software you received well for further use.
- I lost my registration code or I have not received it, what should I do?
Please write to us at sales@gomesoft.com, and please enclose your order related information (such as Order ID, E-mail address, name you used when you purchased, etc.) which will enable us to find your order in our database in time.
- What is your upgrade policy?
We provide free MINOR upgrades and updates. While for MAJOR upgrades, you may have to pay extra for the latest version of a Leawo product. All rights about the price of upgrade are reserved.
- How to upgrade my program for the free upgrade?
There are several ways to upgrade your program.
1. Our programs can check for updates regularly. For most programs, when a new version is available, an update dialog box will appear when you start the program, and then you can click Update or the download link to download the latest version.
2. You can contact our Support Team to ask whether you can upgrade your program.
3. We will notify you of the major upgrade via newsletter. If the upgrade is free, you can download it from the link on the newsletter and get a new registration code on our Support Center. If this major upgrade is not free, you only need to pay a small upgrade fee, and our system will provide the new registration code to you.

- Do you provide technical support for trial users?
Yes, if you meet any technical problem when using the trial version of our product, please submit your question to us. Our support team will answer your question via email and send the solution to your.
- What's the difference between Registered and Unregistered version of your software?
As to the registered version or unregistered version, we also call them trial version and pro version. Actually, there is no functional difference between registered and unregistered versions. But if you use an unregistered product, you will find all output files watermarked.
For some products, we also have totally free version with which you can convert your rip your files without watermark. But it has limitations of the Settings function.
- Is it secure to purchase from your Website?
